Rustic Rentals Review

Dear Sirs, we arrive in Skidegate at 17.30pm on 31 August and will be staying for 5 nights in Tiell at Haida House. We leave from Massett at 12.30pm on 5th September. Can you please advise cost for small car for 2 people for that period - Could car be collected at ferry terminal and dropped off at Massett airport at end of visit? Or are there other more cost effective ways to do this. Thank you Kim Swan

HI - We wish to rent a car from July 18th to the 28th 2016 - We are flying into Massett on the 18th - do you have cars at the Massett airport to rent? - Or do we have to rent from Queen Charlotte City - What is your rates and is Mileage included? - If we have to make our way to Queen Charlotte City - how would we do this from Massett without a car? - Our ages are 60 and 58 respectively - if you could answer this email to my personal address and Cc my work - joel.kastor@weyerhaeuser.com that would be helpful.

We are a research team of four people from Victoria that is coming to Haida Gwaii to evaluate the after school program. We will be travelling to four or five communities during the week of April 25-May 1st and will need transportation. Do you have a vehicle available? If so, what are the cost options?

Dear all

This is a comment on the return of the ford track , silver colored.

Again we would like to apologize for any inconvenience along with the car return at the Sandspit Airport.

1. On Saturday morning a heavy storm came up so we decided to return the car at 08:00 at your offices. We rang the horn many times until we found that you open at 09:00
2. We made phone calls to the 250559 4641 number without success
3. Since the storm increased we had no other choice to move to the ferry and bring our luggage to the airport. On the ferry we were told that would be the last and service would be shut down.
4. A car return to you was therefore not possible due to the risk of not coming back to the airport.

5. Since we have made reservation and got a track the luggage had to be put on the open space covered with some plastic provided by you. During the transport from Port clemens to the airport my suitcase got a lot of water inside and some damages of material was observed when arriving at home in Germany right now.
We would have appreciated that you have made a phone call to UIrs at Golden Spruce and inform us about the promised change to a 4x4 Station car. Unfortunately it did not happen.

As a compromise of our damage due to the water inlet we ask for a adequate balance of your expenses along with the car return from the Airport.

Please inform us about the status of the car return.

We are looking forward to a new fishing trip next year in early September and hope for less rain and storm.
